Delivery policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5 business days from the moment the payment is received.
Exception: For some countries (due to the large size of the product or the complexity of the order), shipping may take up to 6 business days.
2 Delivery methods
Shipments are made through third-party courier companies, such as: FedEx, DPD, UPS, DHL, Rohlig SUUS and others. Standard delivery time is from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the country of delivery (in some cases, delivery time may be extended).
Delivery is made from Poland.

Delivery cost is displayed automatically when you enter the delivery address. To calculate the delivery cost, please:
- Add the selected product to the shopping cart.
- Go to the shopping cart (icon in the upper right corner).
- In the “shipping” section, click the “calculate delivery cost” option.
- Enter the recipient’s address.
- Press the red “update” button.
4. independent pickup
It is possible to pick up the order yourself by prior arrangement with the Seller. Self-collection is possible only by prior arrangement of the date and times of collection. In order to arrange independent pick-up, please contact us at e-mail address: info@s-lion.eu.

5 Delivery Fee
The delivery fee is calculated when placing an order and is added to the total amount to be paid for the product.
