Product Description:

Floor hatches made with modern manufacturing technology offer exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. This guarantees not only safe space organization but also long-term reliability.

Floor hatches provide convenient access to underground rooms, basements, water pipes, power lines, and other utilities.

The four-sided gasket ensures an airtight seal and protects the room from cold air and odors coming from the space below or the basement.

These hatches are installed before laying the final floor finish. The hatch cover is reinforced and fitted with a gypsum fiberboard panel. It is equipped with a lockable mechanism and a rubber seal around the perimeter to ensure airtightness. Gas springs make opening the hatch easy, regardless of the cover’s weight.

The design of the hatch cover allows for the installation of various floor finishes, including tiles, laminate, parquet, stoneware, and more.

Various versions of the basement hatch cover

The Thermo MAX 4 is available with several top-cover options:

• Standard: gypsum-fiber board — ideal under tiles, parquet or laminate.
• Optional: OSB board — suitable under linoleum or carpet.
• At an extra charge: tread (chequer) steel or aluminum plate — allows use without additional finishing.
