Contest Regulations: “S-Lion Customer Voice”

§1 General provisions

  1. These Contest Regulations set out the terms and conditions for participation in the “S-Lion Customer Voice” contest (hereinafter, the “Contest”).
  2. The purpose of the Contest is to gather customer feedback and insights to improve our products and to reward participants who provide the most detailed and useful answers.
  3. The Organizer of the Contest is S-Lion sp. z o.o., registered office: ul. Tarnopolska 14/2, 54-616 Wrocław, Poland, NIP: 8943242784, REGON: 529504225, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0001124407.
  4. Contest period: 1–30 November 2025.
  5. The Contest results will be announced on 1 December 2025 on S-Lion.eu.

§2 Conditions of participation

  1. Participation is open to all users who complete the Google Forms survey within the stated period.
  2. Each participant may submit only one entry.
  3. Only persons aged 18 or over may participate in the Contest.
  4. The answers must be:
    • Thoughtful (not “one word”);
    • Based on the participant’s own experience;
    • Courteous and free of vulgarities.
  5. Participation in the Contest is free of charge.
  6. The Contest is open to individuals residing in the European Union. For participants outside Poland, prizes will be shipped by post or courier, and any tax obligations borne by the Organizer will be settled in accordance with Polish law.

§3 Processing of personal data (GDPR).

  1. The administrator of participants’ personal data is S-Lion sp. z o.o., 14/2 Tarnopolska St., 54-616 Wroclaw, e-mail: info@s-lion.eu.
  2. Participants’ personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    • conducting the Contest,
    • contacting participants,
    • announcing the results,
    • fulfilling tax obligations.
  3. Data will be retained for the time necessary to conduct the Contest and subsequently for the period required by law.
  4. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and to data portability.
  5. Participation is voluntary, and providing personal data is a condition of participation.
  6. The registration form is provided via Google Forms, which may involve the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC ensures an adequate level of data protection, including through the use of the Standard Contractual Clauses.

§4 Evaluation of responses and criteria

  1. Participants’ answers are evaluated by an expert committee appointed by the Organizer.
  2. Evaluation criteria: depth and meaningfulness of answers, relevance to the product, sincerity, openness, readability and form.
  3. In the event of a tie, the participant who gave more elaborate and argumentative answers takes precedence.
  4. Decisions of the commission are final and not subject to appeal.

§5 Awards

  1. The jury will select the 5 best answers.
  2. The prize is a universal set of precision screwdrivers.
  3. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable to others.
  4. The Organizer will withhold and pay the due tax on the prize in accordance with Polish law (10% PIT on winnings).

§6 Final provisions

  1. The Organizer has the right to change the terms or dates of the Contest, informing the participants via the website or e-mail.
  2. Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of these Contest Regulations and the RODO information clause.

RODO information clause (Appendix)

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. (RODO) we inform you that:

  1. The administrator of participants’ personal data is S-Lion sp. z o.o., 14/2 Tarnopolska St., 54-616 Wroclaw, e-mail: info@s-lion.eu.
  2. The data is processed for the purpose of conducting the “Voice of the S-Lion Customer” contest, including contacting participants and issuing prizes (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA).
  3. Data may be transferred to data processors on behalf of the Administrator, such as Google LLC (Google Forms tool), to the extent necessary to process requests.
  4. Data may be transferred outside the EEA using the Standard Contractual Clauses, in accordance with Article 46 RODO.
  5. Personal data of participants from other European Union countries will be processed under the terms of the RODO, and the data controller remains S-Lion sp. z o.o., based in Poland.
  6. The data will be kept for the duration of the contest and for the time necessary to settle taxes and process any claims (maximum 12 months from the end of the contest).
  7. The participant has the right to:
    • access to their data,
    • their correction,
    • deletion or restriction of processing,
    • to object to the processing,
    • data portability,
    • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO)
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the contest.
  9. Data will not be used for direct marketing purposes without the separate consent of the participant.
